Submitting Your Report to SRI

Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience. Your report will be allocated by region and investigated in a timely manner. We will strive for accuracy and fairness in our investigations and all post investigative reports are subjected to a screening process before publication to insure adherence to our standards of evidence.

Please follow these guidelines when submitting your report:

Tell us about your experience, in as much detail as possible, from start to finish.
Avoid embellishing or exaggerating details.
Excessive use of profanity and exclamation points tend to detract from areas of the report that may be more useful to us.
PLEASE DO NOT TYPE IN ALL CAPITAL LETTERS.
Submissions that are obvious jokes will be deleted and not acknowledged.

Your Privacy Is Important to Us

We will never reveal the identity of anyone who submits a report to us. No personal or identifying information will appear in any published report unless you specifically request that we include it.

Please note that your computer’s IP address is recorded with this form to discourage hoax and prank reports. Visitors who submit valid reports can be assured that this information is kept strictly confidential and will not be revealed to anyone outside our organization without prior permission. Those who abuse this site will be reported to their ISP.
