As you can see by the above map, there are numerous creeks running through this area. The red ‘x’ on the yellow background approximates the location of this sighting. Clearly the sighting was within a very short distance of several creeks. So the possibility was opened that water could be simply overlooked because it wasn’t thought to be important. If water is an important factor then it should be found in a relatively large percentage of the sighting locations. The search through the new batch of files began.
